Chinese New Year

This week I was learning how to summaraise and about Chinese New Year. This year is the year of the Ox according to the Chinese Zodiac caldender. Chinese New Year is also known as the Spring Festival, and the Lunar New Year. We had to read 4 books and summarise some facts into our posters. Some people were really quick and got time to make Chinese lanterns, but I didn't have a lot of time to make a Chinese lantern because I spent most of my time editing my Chinese New Year poster.

I enjoyed making the Chinese New Year poster, I also enjoyed learning about Chinese New Year and how to summarise, I also enjoyed reading about Chinese New Year.

I found it really hard to keep track of time and I wished I had more time to make my Chinese lantern. Next time I will try and work faster.

Do you know what your Chinese Zodiac animal is? Mine is the tiger! Tell me if you know what your Chinese Zodiac animal is in the comments if you know!
